A quiet place for prayer
Why we built Cast, and why privacy is foundational to it.
It’s easy to feel close to God in certain moments. Then work, family, stress, and everyday life pull us away.
Cast came from that drift. We built it to help fight it by creating more meaningful moments of connection with God throughout the day.
Why we built it
Share what’s on your mind, whether it’s a burden, a request, gratitude, uncertainty, or simply how you’re feeling. Cast connects it to relevant Scripture and a personalized prayer to help you place it at God’s feet.
Our hope is that these small moments become a source of strength and deepen your relationship with God over time.
Privacy
Cast only works if you feel comfortable being completely honest, so privacy is foundational to how we’re building it.
- Your prayer content is private by default
- We minimize identifying information and store your prayer activity using internal IDs rather than attaching your name to your prayers
- We do not review your private prayers
- Nothing is shared with another person unless you explicitly choose to share it
- We will never sell or monetize your prayers or personal spiritual data
We want Cast to feel like one of the safest places on your phone to be completely honest.
