Privacy
Cast only works if you feel safe being honest. Privacy is how we build it, not a later add-on.
Early access list
If you request early access on this site, we store the email you give us so we can invite you when Cast is ready. We also store the campaign link and referrer that brought you here, such as an X bio link or a post. Your browser keeps that arrival info on this device for about 30 days so it is still there when you sign up. We do not store your IP address. We use Resend to send that invite. We do not add you to a marketing newsletter, and we do not sell your email.
Your prayers
In the Cast app, what you share, the Scripture you hold, and the prayers you cast are private by default. There is no social feed, no public profile for your prayer life, and nothing is shared with another person unless you explicitly choose to share it.
- We do not keep last names from Sign in with Apple. The greeting uses your first name.
- Prayer bodies, memories, and similar text are stored encrypted. Employees cannot read them from the database.
- We do not review your private prayers
- We will never sell or monetize your prayers or personal spiritual data
Generated prayer
Cast may help you put words to a prayer. That assistance is meant to support you, not replace Scripture or your own relationship with God. We treat that content with the same privacy care as anything else you bring.
Deleting your account
In the Cast app, open Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. You confirm by typing DELETE. Cast then permanently deletes your account, prayer entries, prayer journeys, memory and context data, settings, and other personal data stored with the account. Signing out is separate: it ends the session and keeps your account.
Questions
This page will grow as the product does. If something here is unclear, or you want your early-access email removed, reach out and we will take care of it.
